You experience life through your senses. Being more aware of your senses allows you to become a more sensuous person.
Take time to slow down. Modern life has us hurrying about everyday doing this, that and the other. Start off by taking a few minutes each day breathing slowly. If you have more than a few minutes to spare try meditation for 10 minutes. Meditation doesn't have to be complicated you can just sit quietly in a chair and focus on breathing slowly. When you are walking outside either to your car or to the mailbox, consciously take each step slowly. Concentrate on your sense of touch and sound. Are there birds chirping? How does the air feel on your face?
When you take time for yourself you get to indulge in your senses. Tuning into your senses by slowing down is necessary to becoming more sensuous and in turn can lead to more pleasurable experiences.
As you start to better appreciate the experiences from slowing down you want to move into pleasuring your senses.
Feed your sense of sight by taking the time to gaze at the swirls of clouds in the sky or star gazing in the evening sky. Notice the beauty of blooming flowers or even that way your hair falls on your face. Appreciate the sight of such beauty.
You can pleasure your sense of hearing by listening to your favorite slow jams cd or your favorite jazz cd, let the melodic sounds transport you to a start of relaxation. There are beautiful sounds everywhere; the sound of your lover breathing softly beside you, the sounds of your lover moaning softly as you stroke his/her hair, even the sounds of the rain falling gently against the window. Be still and notice all the sounds that are pleasurable to your sense of hearing.
Cook a lavish meal for you and your lover. Enjoy the flavors and textures that are pleasuring your sense of taste. While you are eating remember to eat slowly to fully take delight in what your sense of taste is experiencing.

**Move your body in a way that makes you feel sensuous. They way you walk says a lot about you. Move in a way the communicates your sensual energy. You should radiate strength and confidence.
**Use clothing and adornments to feel sensual. You want to wear things that make you feel sexy and sensual. When you feel good in your clothes you feel and move more confidently.
